Was Notley really a “fan” of Keystone XL before Trump became President?

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

Finally some good news for the Alberta oil patch. We might see a pipeline built and soon now that Donald Trump is jump starting the long stalled, Obama-blocked, Keystone XL pipeline from Hardisty, Alberta to the Gulf of Mexico.

In response to the news, Premier Rachel Notley said:

“This project is going to create good jobs here in Alberta and that's my focus” and “it's not that we haven't been a fan of the Keystone XL, it's that it hasn't been a priority”.

But is that the truth? Have the NDP really been fans of Keystone XL?

What about Notley’s appointees? What about Rachel Notley herself?

Watch my video to see what Rachel Notley said about Keystone XL in her very first Question Period as premier. She didn’t seem like a fan.

Carbon taxes don’t get pipelines built, conservative administrations do.

Notley is only interested in one thing and that is the ruination of Alberta. This is the way the Communist mind works.

These poor left wing politicians must be so conflicted when reality meets their ideology. She surrounds herself with oil and pipeline haters who are bent on butchering the industry but to do that would be suicide. What to do? To be a fly on the wall in her caucus room. Not that she’ll survive the next election anyway but don’t let a little disillusionment get in the way of a lefty.

Whenever I see Notley’s aggressive hand-chops, I think she is imagining Ms. Gunn-Reid on the receiving end. Maybe Notley will will recommend Bews for an Order of Alberta.

Must be very disappointing for Notley that Ms. Gunn-Reid is right back at her.
