Tucker Carlson's fighting both the left and right in the battle for conservative ideas

Kurt SchlichterHost of Take That

You know Tucker Carlson's populist conservative critique is drawing blood by all the fire he's drawing both from the right and from the left.

From the right, a lot of folks upset that we got woke and elected Donald Trump are saying Carlson's forceful critique of crony capitalism is practically socialism.

They want to shut him up. The folks on the left are calling him a racist — shocker! — and they want to shut him up too.

In the last few days, Carlson has lost at least twenty advertisers including Red Lobster, as part of the worked up backlash over his "racist" comments about immigrants.

Our elite is all about shutting up competing ideas, and it's because the elite knows its track record of self-dealing greed and contempt is no longer selling.

“Our elite is all about shutting up competing ideas, and it’s because the elite knows its track record of self-dealing greed and contempt is no longer selling.”

Which is why he agreed with Occasio-Cortez’ tax proposal (as did Anne Coulter, incidentally). Which, in turn, is what got him called a communist.
