Postmodernists divide people into oppressors or oppressed groups. According to them, Muslims and Blacks are oppressed and Whites/Christians are the oppressors. So, whenever a member of an “oppressed” groups acts as if they’re not oppressed, they’re attacked by the Left.

For speaking out about Islam, Ayaan Hirsi Ali was labelled as an “Anti-Muslim Extremist” on the US Southern Poverty Law Center website. Black Conservative, Larry Elder has been called an “Oreo”. “Uncle Tom” and other derogatory terms by his own people for criticizing the lifestyles some Blacks choose to lead. It takes a lot of courage to live a life, always on guard, worrying about your safety, just to tell the truth. We owe a debt of gratitude to Ayaan and the others who do so.

Ron, Ayaan Hirsi Ali was born into Islam, and was brought up to be a devout Muslim, however she escaped and now identifies as atheist and has for decades. Her most recent views reflect a hope for some sort of reformation, however I rather doubt she would ever return to the faith. I don’t hear her making any excuses for Islam. She believes in a country’s right to sovereignty and strong borders. I have no hope for reformation, at least not in the next century or two. I don’t see how there can be reform without their ‘holy’ book being rewritten. I also don’t think the supremacy and the infiltration, with a clear mandate for the take over of any country they can get a foothold into can ever change. Muslims feel they are superior, and every country is potentially ‘their’ country. That is the real threat of Islam.

I like the mecca/ Medina explanation. It helps me understand how some Muslims can say with a straight face that Islam is a religion of peace. Some do have some sort of cognitive dissidence and some out and out use taqiyya to confuse us, or maybe all of them do. Since the Koran cannot be modified, which means the abrogated verses must be respected as Ron points out, I don’t understand how the ‘moderates or reformists’ can live only by the Meccan portion of the Koran and ignore the rest. I call them ‘buffet’ Muslims.

Either way, Medinan or Meccan, Islam wishes to possess your country. Meccan with soft power and Medinan by any and all means necessary, using both ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ power.
If you don’t love and care for your country, Islam will be happy to take charge of it for you. We must not be willing give over our country so easily. Justin calls it multiculturalism, I call it rolling over for Islam.

The unholy koran is just a plagiarized distortion of Jewish and Christian texts. Satan’s book.

The contradictions between Medina and Mecca teachings have ripped Islam apart in bloody conflict for centuries,. Revival of Medina Islamism now wages war on Mecca Islam and other religions as well.

Islam is based on the heresay of the interaction between Gabriel and Mohammed documented 200 years after the illiterates death by one sheik.
Even satan can appear as an angel and quote scripture better than anyone.

God bless you Dr. Peterson. You’re doing Gods work in the way you described Gods work works. You may not realize the supernatural power but you walk the narrow path.
I’ve learned so much from you because I don’t wanna read it all. You know how to make me better, and you keep getting better.
Nice isn’t mentioned in the 73 books in the Bible. (Best instructions before leaving earth)
Jesus is truth
God love you

Since 9/11 – IN THE NAME OF ISLAM (SATAN): 34,213 Attacks, 220,701 Killed, 301,949 Injured that we know of

Six more Islamic attacks since yesterday. This morning in Afghanistan, there were two suicide bombings; one on a government compound killing 20 and injuring 43, and another at a police training academy killing 52 and injuring 158. According to Jay Kelly, Pope Frances and Justin Trudeau, Islam is a Religion of peace, so open the floodgates. We should be just fine.

Very interesting dialogue between Dr. Peterson and Ayana Hirsi Ali as they struggle to make sense of Islam, particularly with the distinction, introduced by Ali, of supposedly a class of Muslims called Mecca Muslims (who uphold the more peaceful verses in the Koran when Muhammad was in Mecca) and the Medina Muslims (who uphold the the more violent, warlike verses when Muhammad was in Medina and became a ruthless warlord).
Dr. Peterson, as you indicated the Mecca/Medina distinction is “very complicated and problematic”, given the inherent contradictions between the two. As a psychologist, you are well aware of cognitive dissonance and faced with that, Ali remains a Muslim, in her mind, by rejecting the Medina verses. However, I am sure that Ali is well aware of the doctrine of abrogation whereby later verses dictated to Muhammad by Allah when Muhammad was in Medina, abrogate any of the Inconvenient, contradictory earlier peaceful verses. Dr. Peterson, you ask if it is possible to “bridge the gap 0” between the earlier and later “works” of Muhammad. First off, with your reference to the “works” of Muhammad you make it out that Muhammad was contributing his own thoughts when you know, of course, that according to Islam, Allah was supposed to have dictated his very words to Muhammad through the angel Gabriel, so accordingly, one can’t pick and choose which words one wants to follow or discard. But, Allah found a way out of the conundrum, abrogation. So, those who Ali describes as Medina Muslims still uphold portions of the Mecca verses if they are not abrogated by later verses. Because Muslims are allowed to lie to advance the cause of Islam, the practice of taqiyya, the so-called ‘Medina Muslims’ which I would rather call ‘full-Koran Muslims’ will often cite the peaceful verses to deceive non-Muslims, especially with respect to the notion that Islam is ‘a religion of peace’. Ali is an intelligent woman. Knowing this, I don’t understand how she would still insist that she is a Muslim. According to the Koran she is identified as a “hypocrite” and should be dealt with harshly like any other infidel.
Robert Spencer of Jihad Watch, explains “abrogation”:

Keith there is a dangerous dynamic that is for sure. Knock it out of balance and it is a fuse lit. If it were only as simple as knocking out a player or two on each side, but alas it’s not.

One thing for sure, the Saudis treatment of women is some of the worst, and the west barely takes them to task for it. There are definite reasons for that.

Saudi Arabia is an evil place. Justin Trudeau’s Brother living there, dose not make it any better. This Country along with Iran, would serve the civilized world a lot better, if they were both Nuked and transformed into melted glass.
Allowing them to continue with their current agenda’s can only lead to the end of the civilized word.

I agree with both Peterson and Ali, that this third wave bunch of female activists in the west are not feminists, they are more concerned with their take down of the western male (because lets face it, that is their raison d’être) than concerned about the oppression of women.

Western feminists want to ignore Ayaan , she interferes with their part in the agenda to dismantle the west. If their ‘work against the oppression of women’ were genuine, they would recognise Ayann Hirsi Ali as an absolute warrior for that cause. Instead they vilify her. These third wave feminazis are of no good value to women anywhere.
Whether they know it or not, they are nothing more than puppets for both the globalists and Islamic fundamentalists.

Excellent interview! Very unfortunate that the sound is so bad on Ayaan Hirsi Ali’s side, but entirely worthwhile just the same.
Peterson asks why we have the relationship we do with Saudi Arabia. It is highly nuanced as Ayann Hirsi Ali explains, but what is not brought up is the fact that the Saudis don’t have to be selling their oil to the west or anyone else, in American dollars. I think that is a threat they hold over the head of the U.S. as their dollar would literally crash if oil were not traded on the market in the U.S. greenback. That may be part of the reason. I also wonder if that isn’t why they don’t take any of the refugees that they are partly responsible for, and we are ‘forced’ to take. As Ayaan says, Saudi Arabia is behind spreading Sharia and spreading ‘political’ Islam. Are the Saudis sort of holding the West hostage?
