Here’s what's wrong with Alberta "conservatives": Compare and contrast their statements

Sheila Gunn ReidRebel Host | The Gunn Show

I want to show you two different member statements from two different MLAs from two different opposition parties.

The first statement is from Progressive Conservative MLA Sandra Jansen and the next is from Wildrose MLA Don MacIntyre.

Both of these MLAs claim to be conservative. But is that really the case?

You can judge for yourself when you see who they attack when they're each given the chance.

Alberta Libertarian Party….Albertans must get their shit together once and for all. These PC folks and Wildrose can’t make up their minds of what party they want to belong to, either be a conservative, progressive or a conservative liberal. Lets think about our once great province, the great life we have here in Alberta…second to none!!! We are all libertarian at heart… show it without shame!!!!!!!

Tired of hearing this Progressive Conservative, either be a conservative or be a progressive!!!

Even after the election disaster last year, there is still so much arrogance. Maybe there will be a merger, but the Wild Rose will not be a part of it.

I remember my reporting days, I had to cover the Saskatchewan Liberals in their leadership woes. This was just post-Devine, and the winner stood a good chance (at the time) to be the next premier. There were 5 contenders, the first 4 of which bleated into the microphone about how great a Liberal they were. Really, really laying it on thick, this “how great it is to be a Liberal, and there’s no Liberal more Liberal than meeee!”. The last speaker was Dr. Tom Hengen. He started out by saying that if the party picked him and he subsequently becomes Premier, the first thing I’d do is fire all the administrators and hire back all the nurses. He spent 10 minutes talking policy, and I actually had to write notes to keep up! They picked some idiot the press nicknamed Dr. Headache, and the Saskatchewan Liberals remain where all Liberals should be – forever lost in purgatory. Hengen came in last place, and went on to organize the Sask Party. Politicians; some want to represent, and some just want to rule. This post reminded me of that, big time. I think there’s a lot more Progressive in that party’s name than Conservative.

It is a well known fact Jansen is a Liberal. Redford, Hancock, Lukaszuk, Horner and probably many others were also Liberal. Even Prentice was too left leaning. It was this infiltration and shifting of ideology over time that forced Klein out early and brought in the Liberal Stelmach.

The PC’s have lost their way and if they want to retain their voting base they need to flush out these red coats and merge with the Wildrose. Edmonton and Calgary need to advise the uninformed PC voters they are making a mistake. The PC’s have not yet admitted to themselves they are Liberal. The PC (Liberal) candidate in the Calgary Greenway by-election tomorrow should be enough ammo for the Wildrose to start peppering Ric Mciver on one side and advising the uninformed PC voter on the other side.

Ms. Jansen is really working hard to drive the last nails into the PC coffin. Good, next election the choice will be clear, Wildrose or no one!

Don’t get fooled by Labels’ if it acts like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck – treat it like a duck!
Jansen is a Duck that sounds very Liberal – boot it out!

Peter,I too have to recant my view on amalgamation. Particularly if this is the view of the conservative party. For me it is Wildrose ALL THE WAY!! We welcome all true Conservatives to the Wildrose. Get your memberships now!

I’ve said for a long time the PC’s are nothing but slow motion NDPer’s.

Dear Diary;
Today is World Puppetry Day. I think it was invented by one of my Iranian chums. Although we must never forget to be thankful for the wonderful contributions these people have made to civilization, I still don’t understand what Gerald sees in puppetry. He can hardly contain himself. Personally I don’t know why he gets so excited about that, but, as I always say, to each his own.
I haven’t seen him this giddy since last week when I tried out the technique that Uncle Jean taught me about speaking out both sides of my mouth. With my budget coming up it was a good opportunity to give it a dry run. I promised Wall Street there would be “no influx of cash to jolt the [Canadian] economy”, after promising my zombies massive deficit spending to “kick-start the economy”.
Then I told Wall Street that I “needed to be responsible and keep the budget gap because one of the things that’s really important to me is fiscal responsibility”. Everybody laughed, which really just shows how much everyone loves me.

Richard said, “They have a lot of growing up to do in order to be ready for prime time.”

Even less that the NDP cabinet of children we have now?

The WildRose even now in far, far better to run this province than the NDP.

In three years when the election is up again, and conservative in Alberta that dos not vote for the WildRose is a fool and an idiot and not a true conservative.

Progressive Conservative MLA Sandra Jansen is a traitor. This just proves that the Alberta PCs are socialists wearing a blue tie, wolf in sheep’s clothing.

Maybe merging the PC and the WildRose is a bad idea. I recant my previous recommendation.

Although she is a traitor to the party that she supposedly represents, I don’t blame her as much as I blame the other members of the party that sit by and let traitors like her flourish, like the two gentlemen in the video. It was very clear the the guy on her right was almost morbid over her verbal diarrhea, but will probably do nothing and so in essence he agrees with her sick actions and words.
But then it is no worse or different than what takes place in all governments.
There must be members in each government that disagree with the bullshit of some of their members – but choose to do nothing.
I am sure that in the governing Liberal party there are liberals that disagree with their selfie leader and his bullshit – but again they choose to do and say nothing, thereby agreeing with the jerk.

The Alberta PC’s were the vehicle that one used to get to power regardless of that persons’ political leanings. Liberals and socialists were both able to get to cabinet positions within the PC Party. It remains a party that stands for nothing, believes in nothing. This is why there is not much hope for any merger between the two parties. It is more likely that what is left of the centre-right of the PC’s will migrate to the Wildrose while others will go to one of the many leftist parties.

That being said, Wildrose has many issues in their organizational structure that turns away long time party supporters and volunteers. They have a lot of growing up to do in order to be ready for prime time.

Jansen is what has been wrong with the PCs for several decades now . . . they have been infiltrated by insane leftists . . . that is how the party chose a far-left HR Lawyer from the UN for leader.
The PCs should be relegated to the dustbin of history . . .

Sandra Jansen (MEDIA PARTY) was a CTV TV reporter /anchor – another invasive librano bacteria making her way into the PC party of Alberta.

Jansen and her name calling – this bitch belongs in the NDP ranks – her language and tactics make Jansen a perfect socialist fit, ex of the media party.

Sandra Jansen probably makes the late Flora Macdonald look like Margaret Thatcher or Sarah Palin in comparison.
