Justin Trudeau has been booed once again at a Canadian sporting event, this time in Edmonton.
On Saturday night when the Oilers took on the Flames, fans paid tribute to Canada's own Hayley Wickenheiser. The ceremony featured messages from hockey great Mark Messier, Commissioner Gary Bettman and Justin Trudeau.
When Trudeau was on screen fans voiced their displeasure by booing the Prime Minister. That's right, Trudeau was booed at more than Gary Bettman at a hockey game. Now that's saying something.
This isn't the first time Trudeau was booed at a sporting event. In 2016, Trudeau made a video message at the Grey Cup in Toronto. Even there, he was subject to a chorus of boos.
