WATCH: What should happen to that CBC selfie smoocher? Is this really a case for the RCMP?

Rebel Staff

First "FHRITP," now this! Last week CBC reporter Megan Batchelor was kissed at a music festival during a live news broadcast.

In addition to using the nations' broadcaster to do several interviews, she also decided to get the nations' police involved by filing a complaint with the RCMP.

I hit the streets to collect some opinions (and kisses) and found that most people thought charging the smoocher was an overreaction with one woman suggesting maybe she should have just written an angry letter instead.

I can feel a lawsuit coming here; “I couldn’t sleep. I cried all night. My life is destroyed. This will haunt me forever. The thought of a young man kissing me at a concert…it’s disgusting. Justin where were you when I needed rescuing?” (Jeez, Justin gets kissed hundreds of times a day by young ladies…are they just Ho’s?) That should be worth about $135,000 from the CHRC….

It would amaze me if Megan even saw this. Prince, you really bulls-eyed that one.

No, Charles, she’s not a freak — just a feminist-activist posing as a reporter. For crying out loud, she’s at a music festival, where there’s always lots of booze (and those who imbibe it in large quantities) around! So some intoxicated bozo comes up and attempts a peck on the cheek. There was a camera present, and that always draws out the attention-seeking nutbars. (You’ve seen them in the stands at hockey and football games, and we won’t even get into the shenanigans that happens in the lineup before entering the arena/stadium…) She’s claiming assault for that? She’d claim rape, if she could. (She “felt” violated, therefore she was violated.) She’s another of these females that’s giving “feminism” a bum rap, and turning us men against it and them…

Jason, Good for you, your closing comment was bang on… Thank you for it… I can’t wait until all the guys and girls start doing this… To almost all the reports then even the Damn CBC will ask her to drop the charges… Plus the guy didn’t even kiss her, I am starting to think that the women is a freak.

Good for you Jason in exposing this ridiculous non-event that the CBC is making such a hullabaloo about. What is wrong with people these days.
Then there was the story by the CBC on August 11 2015, about a woman named Myah Rach-Sharp, reported to be white, who was at the Canadian Tire store in Nova Scotia and saw ‘Savage Firearms" for sale. She immediately demanded that the store remove the Savage firearms and not sell them as they were offensive to FN people. Because the guns all had the Savage logo, that in her words “shows an aboriginal man in a headdress”, she said that that was racist.
The Savage Logo was given to the Founder in 1919 by Chief Lame Deer, and has been used ever since.
Now some wingnut thinks it’s racist.
