You may have seen the name “Jessica Yaniv” making headlines over the past few months.
Yaniv’s lawsuits have largely been focused on punishing women for refusing to perform a Brazilian wax on his male genitals.
He’s taken over 15 salons and estheticians to the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal, a controversial kangaroo-like provincial “court.” These lawsuits have reportedly caused some of Yaniv’s victims to shut down their salon businesses rather than try to fight him in court.
Yaniv’s story isn’t a simple one. And it’s only being heard now that a publication ban has been lifted.
For one thing, Yaniv claims to be a transwoman, but has also recently claimed to be intersex. We don’t really know. What we do know is that he has male genitalia (he verbally confirmed that with me) and his mother still uses male pronouns when speaking of him.
I went to Vancouver B.C. after the craziness of Yaniv’s story took an even creepier turn: Reports about disturbing, inappropriate messages between Yaniv and underage girls.
These messages depict a man who speaks with young girls about their age, periods, tampons and menstrual pads, and about his habit of going into female washrooms and change rooms.
We’ve also seen very racist messages and voice notes that allegedly come from Yaniv.
Yaniv is a serial complainant. These waxing “human rights” cases weren’t his first and won’t be his last.
He even told me that himself. His next target, he says, will be NY Fries. On camera with me, he claimed they refused to sell him French fries because he’s transgender.
In this documentary, you will see all sides of the story. We hear from Yaniv himself as well as an esthetician who refused to wax his male genitals, and who is now out of business. We also hear from Jenn Smith, a powerful voice on the dangers of transgender ideology.
His mother actually threatened to slap me and take me to court, although I’m not sure for what.
Most recently he even threatened to sue me and The Rebel for “criminal harassment” after I sent him a courtesy email before we published this documentary.
That’s who Jessica Yaniv is:
He's playing the victim card, calling the police anytime his feelings are hurt, and using taxpayer funded Human Rights Tribunals as a weapon against other women’s rights.
