WHO says bacon causes cancer: We're Right So You're Wrong investigates -- from Chernobyl

Rebel Staff's Jason Agnew and Matt Philips check out the World Health Organization's warning that processed meat could cause cancer.

The WHO has placed bacon and sausage in the same cancer-causing category as asbestos, arsenic and cigarettes.

Brenda. The Left always like to morph the conversation. So in this instance, the problem is “processed” meat, not regular meat. By asking the question you did, you did their dirty work for them.

So, 2nd hand smoke kills, processed meat kills, yet today’s seniors have lived 25yrs longer than their predecessors. Hmm, anyone see anything wrong with that picture??

My question is this…what KIND of red meat causes cancer….RAW or COOKED? Because raw meat composition changes after cooking. No one has ever talked about that.

I try to eat good , but bacon is in my cheat meals sometimes, and no one will ever stop me from eating it.

I thought that the same warning was issued 10-15 years ago, I think maybe by the Cancer Society. Anyways, I am still here! Had no bacon so had sausage with my eggs this morning! Mmmmmm bacon!!

WHO issues dire warning about bacon while at the same time schools & grocery stores in UK are banning pork products.
Something smells fishy (or piggy) here.
Oh, and I was just informed by my younger niece that since last year her high school (BC) has stopped all pork products from their cafeteria for health reasons.

Has anyone noticed that cancer rates are increasing at the same time that life expectancy is also increasing? Somebody commented this a 1st world problem and not necessarily a 3rd world problem. Is it not conceivable that the main reason for this is because in the third world people die much younger for varying reasons, such as poor water quality, conflicts, corrupt dictators, other diseases, and lack of any type of food? I propose, the driving factor in this debate, is we live longer and have more health services available. Cancer is the least of you worries, and may not be classified as the cause of death in 3rd world countries because there are so many other priorities such as trying live past 40 or have your children live past 5.

This has to be the real question. The war on cancer was declared in 1972, 43 years ago, with hundreds of billions of dollars poured into the war; with limited results. Compare that to AIDS, first defined in the early 1980’s; the HI virus isolated; lives extended by dealing with the symptoms; and probably a cure on the near horizon.

Basically, cancer is a 1st world health concern. The 3rd world’s primary health concerns are the diseases which cause death before being old enough to have genetics modified by old age. One reason being the 1st world NGO’s forcing 1st world concerns on the 3rd world such as banning golden rice or DDT, such that the sources of diseases like vit A deficiency, malaria, dengue are allowed to continue and proliferate.

In short, cancer is a bureaucratic industry designed to pilfer as many bucks as possible from the public, while at the same time trying to further control over the life-styles of the average citizen through the usual nefarious socialist science. There is no interest in a cure, only in the bucks and control.

I can well imagine the new Liberal health minister imposing cured meat guidelines on us peons in response to this study; at the same time imagining Junior giving up his maple cured bacon and Montreal smoked meat.

Russell Turner, the chance that modern man will return to the middle ages for food ideas is as logical as we will just starve ourselves to death. Unless you do your own farming you have very little chance of buying food which has not been processed in one way or another. The sheer logic of people living longer and healthier today that anytime in history seems to escape the UN.

There will never be a cure for cancer – too much money is made by `researching` and staging `cancer cure events`.

Vitamin C in large enough doses cures cancer:

It is intuitively obvious that processed food is harmful to health. The same is true of herbicides, pesticides on the food that then enter the body as part of the food chain. The same is true of drugs, steroids, and hormones given to animals that become part of the food chain. We fatten up the animals then we are also fattened up. The same is true of GMO food. Science can make things that taste good, but it is intuitively obvious that something that tastes good may not even be food. For example, we could feed you a real piece of [s…t] and mix additives for food taste, smell, and colouring, but that won’t make it food, even though you think by taste, it is the best hot dog or burger you ever ate.

Give up bacon? Not in this lifetime. It is the best meat on the planet! I think that worrying over what not to eat, because it might cause cancer, causes cancer!

Laughs! Thanks for that clip! Facts are that processed foods have been known to be produced with ‘fillers’ and that the chemicals used in many were very harmful. People have been advised to ‘eat in moderation’, and yet, we all know that some ingest quantity and missed the most pertinent information that would have been most beneficial to them. Heck, the companies also knew the results of testings for decades. That bacon itself is a nitrate and nitrite aspect, one being beneficial and the other carcinogenic, didn’t gain enough importance for them to ensure that males would know not to overindulge for it could affect their sperm count as well. For why would they? Your health? Or, the money for the companies, for the corporates, whilst knowing you didn’t know, or whilst stirring up the informative processes so you would be maintained in that desire mode giving them your money, giving your doctor and the medical world your body and of course, keeping them in the money too? To keep the people off-balanced, is to introduce the same information, over and over again, in varying ways, incurring confusion and frustration and we know, as do they, that when one is hungry one will eat that and whether they really enjoy it or not, will have more then they needed etc, for it is a play on the human psyche too. What was offered in it’s replacement? Have they eliminated the harm and made it safe? Is it just a ply to get you off that pig or cow and back into plowing a field? Why they used the negatives and fed them to people, of the millions? trillions? whilst knowing the harmful affects were present? Because they know, people are gullible, they’ll stick that hot dog in and enjoy every swallow even when they’ve been given the dire facts. For you know, that cancer stuff, it only happens to someone else eh? They have been well paid for that so far, and the hospitals are still showing evidence of that too. So eventually, people need to wake up and smell the coffee and maybe one piece of bacon to sniff too, and know that it is their bodies, their health, and that though it might taste good to you, it is poison too. So many foodstuffs are, filled with that which is intent to make you suffer. Time to shut that down, stop buying into it, read the labels, keep to the basics and make them more worthy, for they are the real source of life, which was never about money!! Studies are great, but, reality speaks that if that’s all they are going to do, then the people need to be much more invested in their own studies, weed them out, and stop buying that which is set to their demise. Just ask your stomach after every bite of that hot dog, how it feels, and while it stirs around in your gastric system, and when it voids, are you happy or strained and wishing you had listened to your stomach at that first bite!!
Hot dogs especially, are vested in social interactions, parties, sporting events, fairs, school lunch specials, etc, and so of course, are the challenge to adjust for the masses, who have been feeding on it for so long, that even WHO knows, it is hitting you below the belt with, for really, had they or any of the corporate or governing factors really cared, would have addressed as a major issues decades before they knew it was completely digested inside of you!! And of course, within our children too!!

These are people with an agenda. The WHO has long track record of corruption going back to the second hand smoke scam. When their own studies found no risk from second hand smoke. They sat on their very first study and refused to release it, until someone leaked it.

I will not go and say it is a slammer conspiracy – but the fact is we have eaten bacon for thousands of years – in fact it was cured and smoked and eaten in Europe long before Christianity became the major religion in Europe. Right back to the Romans.

You need to see who runs WHO – pardon the pun please.

Half of them are slammer nations –

And the other half are filled with people who do not want you to eat meat – all you have to do is your due diligence – again this is nothing more than a bunch of people who get a lot of money from ??? telling us we essentially need to go back to grazing on pastures.

Far too much attention is being paid to these folks.
