Why Left can’t “hijack” success of “Crazy Rich Asians”

Ben DaviesRebel Host | Rebel Reel Reviews

The movie Crazy Rich Asians is one of the surprise hits of the summer, but why?

Whether a movie succeeds or fails always comes down to good writing, a compelling story and the ability to stir up emotions and laughter, but that hasn’t stopped the Left from trying to hijack a good movie for its own cause.

Contrary to what the failing New York Times has to say, the success of this movie has nothing to do with the power of diversity.

Orientals are the largest ethnic group in the world. Blacks in Japan are complaining about Japanese privilege. Of course there is Japanese privilege – all the signs are in Japanese, the magazine is in Japanese and (oh my!) the language is Japanese.

In China there is Chinese privilege. No one dare complain. In fact there is Chinese privilege in Tibet, but that is another discussion.

But here in the West, we are ashamed of our Western values and complain that we are forcing our culture on others who are here. Everything is “diversity”. The only diversity that should be is diversity of thought and opinion, and unity of all citizens of a nation working together regardless of race or numbers.

An Oriental cast (and probably crew) gets call diverse, but an all caucasian cast and crew is called racist these days. Maybe someone should point out that Whites are a MINORITY in the world.

The left can’t meme & they can’t seem to make a decent movie anymore. All they can do is virtue signal & suck.
