There has been plenty of speculation circulating about Sandra Jansen this summer as people are curious about whether this federal Liberal campaign volunteer and PC MLA, will throw her hat in the race against Jason Kenney for the leadership of the listless PC party.
While Kenney has spent the summer crisscrossing Alberta in his pickup truck listening to Albertans, Jansen has been making Albertans listen to her whine about the dangers of a united Right in Alberta and Jason Kenney. It’s long past time for Jansen to put up or shut up.
Now it looks like Jansen might actually be entering the leadership race.
Or at least that’s what long time progressive campaign strategist Stephen Carter says. He went on the aptly named podcast, The Strategists, to proclaim that Jansen is indeed in the race for leader and he is going to help her win.
Actually Carter says a lot of things during that podcast including some not so nice things about Jason Kenney.
Watch my video to see what Carter said and why it reveals the typical liberal progressive bias against conservatives.
I don’t care about tone policing figurative language. But I think we are all getting pretty sick of the media salivating every time a progressive cries about “violent speech”.
And if I were a progressive, I’d call on Sandra Jansen to denounce her campaign strategist and his misandrist use of violent language directed at a male politician and then I’d cry about how this kind of stuff is why more men don’t go into politics.
But I’m not so I will only point out the double standard.
