I think Kenney should sponsor a competition to address the recycling issue. Offering cash for someone to invent a way to use plastics as energy would be a great.

I think the way to deal with the unwanted plastic is for someone to design
and build a plant to melt it into high density blocks. Eventually someone would
find a use for them, but the volume would be dramatically reduced.

WTH! Calgary taxpayers need to get on top of this, pronto! I wonder if the same thing is happening in Edmonton?
