Woman who used gun to save officer’s life is sued by criminal’s family

Rebel Staff

An Indiana woman who used her gun to save the life of a police officer is being sued by the criminal's family for "wrongful death".

The incident occurred started when a police officer and criminal resisting arrest began to fight. When Kysite could see that the officer was loosing and the criminal was reaching for his gun, she decided to exercise her second amendment right.

The Fraternal Order of Police are covering the officer's legal fees and have set up a Go Fund ME page for Kystie.

You know it’s pretty bad when the criminals have more rights than the victims. Thank the Loony Lieberal minded for this disaster.

The woman should get a medal for her actions not a frivolous law suit by the crook’s relatives.

This goes into a court room, the Judge should take one look at it and hit his/her gavel and declare case closed. Now get out of my courtroom and don’t darken my door again.

Now that is a Lady!! The criminal’s relatives must be 1st cousins to Obozo Obumer & Hildabeast Clintoon.

It sounds like another variation of law fare but from those who wish to disarm the citizens.

Just throw the suit out of court and hit the parasites for all legal costs. Then sterilize them so they don’t reproduce anymore.

Timothy Evans,
I like that idea!
Seriously though, she should get a medal for her brave act, I can only imagine what you would go through having to pull the trigger to save someone else life. Just like that gentleman down in florida that shot a man fighting a state trooper on the highway and the trooper was telling him to shoot the perp before he grabs his gun, the guy had a CCW and pulled out his gun, shot the perp, put the gun down, and then sat down and I think he started crying, but he saved the state troopers life.

Perhaps the community at large should sue the family for raising a criminal.

The absurdity of it reminds me that in the aftermath of the Baltimore riots, one black mama was quoted as saying words to the effect that “My boy shouldn’t have to worry about being shot just because he is robbing a store!”…

The Lady should be awarded a Medal, shooting someone from close up, cannot be an easy thing to do.

The judge should dismiss the case without delay!!
