Wynne’s election finance reforms leave ONE major loophole in place: Government spending

Brian LilleyArchive

We’ve heard from Kathleen Wynne that she’s going to clean up the various fundraising loopholes that exist for political parties and third party groups but we should all be paying attention to one she hasn’t mentioned.

Watch as I explain how Wynne’s reforms are just a shell game designed to take our eyes off the most worrisome kind of political advertising.

That would be the kind done by the government in power using your tax dollars to fund advertisements for their re-election.

Unions shouldn’t be able to spend the money they have collected on anything other than union business. If a union has money to burn they should be rebating the membership they took it from. Tax dollars should never be spent to support any political party or ideology.

That’s OK , it is not our money after all , it belongs to the liberal party. They deserve it all since they are such wise and all knowing. We would just waste it on things like food and shelter.

Is it possible to find an uglier mug to grace our flags?
